I applied online. I interviewed at Gap in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and was emailed and offered a group interview a few weeks later. The day of the interview there were eight other people. We all stood in the store in a half circle and the interviewer went around the room asking the same question to all of us. It was pretty casual. The interview took just under an hour.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
