I applied online first to fill out an application and they called me in for the interview. The online application has a series of multiple choice questions asking a possible scenario that can happen while you are working there as a floor associate. they give you a situation and several possible answers and make you number them in priority

Question 1
the manager gave me a few situations that I might confront while working there, such as "you saw a fellow sales associate stealing clothes in front of you what would you do?"
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
