I applied online. I interviewed at Gap (Houston, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online and was asked to come in for an interview that same week. The interview was very casual, the manager interviewed me on the shop floor. I was asked very common behavioral questions and about my experience in retail.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
