it was mostly a group interview then sat down with one person who asked a few questions. We watched a video, and took a personality questionnaire. They had a few positions they were hiring for and they chose your job. I wanted logistics and they put me in customer service.
Group interview with Internal operations mgr: Overview of compan and position, personal introductions and ice breakers, introduction videos, opt. task including selecting an ensemble from the sales floor for a specified event, Q & A.

Group interview with 3 other people. I felt they were definitely judging us on our style, so wear a nice "gap-style" outfit. Pretty casual interview but make sure if you have a group interview you speak up and get your voice heard.
