One initial interview and the 2nd interview to meet my temporary director. The 1st interview was wonderful and I thought I was able to be open And I thought it was amazing that you had to be in recovery from something to work there because life experience is something you cannot put a price on combined with education and work-experience . Like they had stated you could feel the care and the compassion and the need to help others radiate from me in that was absolutely correct. Wonderful people
