Interview
We had a recruitment drive in our college. First there is a test to screen the applicants. The test consist of aptitude and sql question. After we get through that phase. There is a three round personal interview. First round is basically technical stuff... If you are through to second round there you will be phasing questions about yourself. Third round is HR. If you are confident enough and know what you want to do in future you can crack the interview.

Interview
The first round with the product head was quite encouraging comapared to the one with the founders. Second round was with CEO and Cofounder. Most the questions were asked by their cofounder and ceo was just quiet through out the process. She seem to just ask you those routine questions like, what is the most challenging thing you have done, tell me about yourself etc. Nothing great or intellectual about the questions and frankly it was a boring one. Secondly, the CEO seems to have no respect towards others time where I had to wait close to 90 minutes beyond the scheduled time and was a big turn off. Still, their product head seems to be a great asset and has continuously ensured that I was comfortable with entire process. Though offer was made, the offer clauses were very vague, generic and cannot be legally signed up on. On questioning or helping them improve the things they have written, they seem to justify themselves by saying that they are start up. Shows that the company is highly management driven and not open to take feedback even from the employee they want to see onboard. Just got a call saying that they are apprehensive of me not fitting in their culture as I asked too many questions about the offer letter clauses and they didn’t even bother to write an apologetic mail or write an email to take back the offer. Seems extremely disoriented and careless organisation inspite of a good product and some good folks.
