Interview
Emailed my resume through the normal online job search engine kind of places on a Sunday night and I got a call for an interview the next Tuesday. Interview #1 started out with a test, basic probability and some fairly basic C++ stuff, pointers, determine the output and usage of RAND. Interview continued with an HR employee and I was shown around the facility. They told me my application would go to the hiring manager's desk and that I would receive a call if I were to come in for interview #2. Less than a week later I received that phone call and went in for #2 this time with a pair of managers. Several questions about work history and technical knowledge and I was sent on my way. The next day I got a call with a job offer which I accepted.
