I was ghosted and never received feedback, which clearly indicates the kind of culture this company has. I spent days doing the assessment. At least I would expect some respect for my time receiving feedback. Intro call with HR, just to align on expectations. Then an assessment to do at home in java that implies different concepts, not very complicated. Then you will review this solution with one team doing pair programming, they will suggest you to do some changes. Also it implies a cultural fit conversation with one manager, all of these in 2 hours in front of 3 people. The environment wasn't very friendly, I didn't feel comfortable but that could be punctual of that team.
