Apply for an open position, exchanged emails to book an appointment, go on-site meeting an HR person and a producer. Answer basic cliché recruitment questions. Have to talk English during a phase of the interview

If you have infinite resources what game would you do?
Process was relatively easy, though one of the interviews was appalling. I was asked if I would "make a fuss" if men made inappropriate jokes about women in the office.

Mostly asked about process and little about the team, wellbeing, etc.
Process is typically HR Screening > Long Test > Offer 1 HR would asks information 2 Then asks you to do a free test that looks like a real job pitch 3 Offer: they would likely lowball you for a lower range than previously discussed

They ask you to do written test that takes few hours, which you have to showcase a lot about ideation, managing skills and free experience. I think they are looking for a one-person show that can do it all but cheap.
