I was contacted by email 2 weeks after sending in my application. They asked if I could take an online test in the field, then three days later I was sent a 3-hour test pertaining to the job I was applying for. The test itself was a bit lengthy and difficult if you weren't actually skilled for the job. I still haven't heard back!

They publish job offers at universities, I got an offer a their job board. Replied at first email, got a simple test to submit under 24 hours. After that, two interviews, HR and technical. The company looks cold at the beginning, but you find a lot of very talented people there, waiting for their opportunity to impress.

Sent in my resume through their website. Had an initial phone call with the HR and then a technical phone interview with the studio TD and a couple of senior programmers. Got a call after a couple of days after the interview with a job offer.
