One on one interview process that last about thirty minutes. Interview was laid back and very easy. Mainly a get to know type Interview. Most of the questions were not job related.

Easy and friendly. Focused on customer service and upbeat attitude. Quality management and leadership. Good overall experience and focused on work life balance. Phone screen at first then in person at the store with local store leadership.
It was nice. Knowledgeable folks. Knew what they wanted. Asked the right questions. Makes me feel comfortable. It was a little while ago so a little foggy on all the specifics.
