Best way to get in is during holiday season. Any other time you're at the disposal of whether they need someone. But during holiday they'll hire anyone and your job is to be better than all those other seasonals.

Interview
They would hire anybody in school who doesn’t have many hours to work. They changed the interview from being an assistant store manager position to a service guest advisor so they can pay less and not give benefits and promised of being a store leader at an undetermined time. Then they hired somebody to be a store leader who just had personal references. Rubbed me the wrong way.

Applied online, got a call roughly a week later for an interview. I had applied for the Store Leader position but found out at the end of the interview that I was interviewing for an Assistant position.

You will receive a call from your DM to set up a face to face interview. If selected they will contact you. Your face to face interview will be easy if you focus your answers around providing excellent customer service and plans on how to exceed sales and profit goals.
