      Polling Analyst Interview

      May 19, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallup (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2014

      Interview

I applied to a position online and got a call from HR not to long after (maybe a week). I prepared by looking into a lot about their company at what they do. How my previous experience would relate to what they do at Gallup and so on. I was completely taken off guard by the questions that they asked me, there was no way that i could have prepared. It was entirely a personality test, more of a screening process than an actual interview.

      Question 1

Several questions I was asked.: How nice are you? How would you handle situation x? choose an option. Which quality represents you best choose from the following. Rank yourself on a scale from 1 to 5? They are all very easy questions that you will fly through.
