The interview process was very formal for the first interview. I didn't get to move on to the next interview process. Thankfully, Gallup was very clear about the process so I knew what to expect. What I didn't like about the formality of the interview is that if I didn't understand a question, I wasn't able to ask for clarification, I was only allowed to ask them to repeat the question.
