2 interviews not too bad. One with the head of operations, and the other with 2 others in that department. It was my first time ever doing an interview. Really not too difficult

Phone interview then interview in person with manager and Vice President. Met with them both for about an hour and received an offer a few weeks later via email. The interview was easy, didn't ask me hard questions and I heard back within a few weeks.
