Phone interview then in person interview with two employees. Asked basic behavioral/situational questions and lasted around 30-45 minutes for the in person interview. Not too difficult and was a quick turnaround to the next steps of the interview process.
I had a 4-round process. Was first presented to the Rolling Meadows team at school (in-person), and it was a great meeting. Then was put with the Manhattan team for a zoom meeting, and then Whippany on a phone call the day after. Then had an in-person with Whippany where I felt the space was boring and incredibly corporate and boring.
3 rounds, all behavioral. First round was an associate, then VP and final round was with the branch president. They mostly wanted to see if you were familiar with the industry and why you could be a good fit.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gallagher (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Initial contact with their early talent manager followed with a zoom interview. Met with two interviewers and had productive talks that lasted about five minutes each. Was contacted afterwards from the same early talent manager with their decision.
