First interview was over the phone with a recruiter, who was friendly. She asked me to walk her through my resume and why I wanted to work for the company and healthcare in general. Second interview was a video-call with someone who just didn't seem too interested. He asked me three behavior questions that, in my opinion, didn't seem to relate to the job description.
