First was a call to discuss my resume as well as the specifics of the role. After that, you're asked to do a cognitive assessment exam which has absolutely nothing to do with being a sales person. Second round consists of meeting with another senior leader, but the person ghosted me. I received an email from someone else that the person couldn't make it and they apologized for not letting me know sooner. Never followed up to reschedule.

Interview
Difficult interview, but absolutely worth the challenge and quite the learning experience. Although the two interviewers no longer work at the company, I consider the experience I gained to be invaluable with respect to understanding the packaging industry and what I really wanted to do in the future.
