I sent my Resume in and was emailed and asked to schedule an interview through an online Calendar. There were many options, so it was very simple. They were all booked up for a week, so it took more than a week to get an actual on-line person-to-person interview. They interview through a program called 'Zoom'. My interviewee had an emergency come up the day of the interview, so it took another week to re-schedule because they were so booked up. After being offered a position, it took more than a week for a background check, where to deposit pay, etc. to be set up.

Very easy if you know anything about ESL teaching / tutoring at all! There is a short demo class that you teach directly to the interviewer. They let you know then and there if you are hired.
