Miscommunication
There's no communication between the HR and Department Head. The company is under multiple branches, GT Dollar, GT Robot and other minor groups. Both of them are using different representation of their company.
Clarity
The job descriptions doesn't tally throughout all platforms. Some of them requires you to have Sales Management, some just Video Editing. But yet in fact when you reached there, they are looking for one not just those skills, but also 3D Modelling. This shows how breakdown the company is in disseminating information.
After that you're tasked with an editing test, there's no clarifications that there's an editing test that requires 1-2 hours. So basically they don't bother with your portfolio viewing as well.
Redundancy
A resume has been sent to them at the very start, but when you reached there they require you to have another set of handwritten resume again using their forms. This shows how much they take in respect to their people profiling and whether do they even see them. High chance is a high dropout rate working culture.
