I applied online. I interviewed at GRIN in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied via Indeed - received almost immediate reply that they wanted to schedule a call with their recruiter. Scheduled video call via booking link immediately for time slot in 2 days (first available date/time).
I received an email 10 minutes prior to video call start saying that they had just filled the position.
I have to say that I find this completely unprofessional, and very disrespectful of a candidates time.
Good length, team is responsive, love the recruitment team. I had to meet with multiple people which was to be expected but I also got a good understanding of who my potential colleagues would be.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GRIN in Aug 2023
Interview
Had a great interview with the recruiter who acted as if I was a great fit. The promptly received a classic lazy automated rejection letter. This left a really bad taste in my mouth and I'm thankful I didn't get the job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GRIN (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2023
Interview
This may have been one of the worst interview processes I have ever been a part of. They reached out to me in interest. I hopped on an initial call it went well when I jumped on the second call the interviewer emailed saying his camera wasn't working and to call him. When I finally got on the phone with him it was very noisy in the background, I could hear people swearing and discussing inappropriate things. The interviewer was unprofessional and not courteous at all.
