Interview
The first interview was a walk in interview/hiring event. It was right before lunch. The interviewers were obviously hungry and already tired of interviewing. They were cold and asked a checklist of questions.
The second interview was over teams and much more inviting but they sold a false view of the company and lied about much that the job would intel…. Like real training.

Interview
Very smooth, direct and to the point, knew I had the job in about a week, hiring process was simple and easy to process. Training for the job took a long time and never got completed.
The questions were fairly easy being about how would you not take work home with you. Their is an extreme importance on how you handle team work as well. One last little note was how well do you adapt to new Microsoft platforms. Can you pick up how to operate one fairly quickly is what the company was looking for in the answer.
