GMCA interview questions

Applied online. Shortly after the deadline for applications, I received an invitation to the interview 2 weeks later. I was interviewed by two managers from the department. I was asked various technical questions relating to the role and why I would like to work for GMCA. The following day I received feedback by telephone call.

All day assessment centre, along with 40-50 other candidates, featuring 30 min interview, and 1 hour group assessment. Interview related to values and experiences in education/professional life, group exercise related to problem solving, teamwork and leadership.
