They send you a link to record a video interview to generic questions. You cannot hear your playback. The audio setup was horrible. I never got to hear an actual person.

They asked my knowledge of the role, I have a lot of familiarity with the role as I already work closely with lien holders.

Interview
Smooth and easy. Phone interview then in person interview next. Normal drug test. Few scenario questions but it’s nothing you haven’t been asked before from any other company. No need to stress.

Applied online then received a call for a phone interview. After the phone interview, they scheduled me for face to face interview. I was interviewed with 2 team leads and then that same day I was interviewed with another supervisor. After the interviews, I had to take a skill test.
