Interview
Two step process, the first is just a test of english and elementary test of word and excel. The second part consists in an interview with one of the managers of the company and the HR resources, the second part is more general to your personality and to your studies.

The Basil 3 principals, and the main credit risk measurement variables,
Mostly typical behavioral questions, how do you work in teams etc. Give examples. A few questions about how much experience you have in the area. Phone screen first then interview with hiring manager.

Interview
Was quite lengthy and will be tough if you don’t prepare for it beforehand. Interviewers will grill you so make sure you’re familiar with the material and job description. It definitely pushes you to think beyond a surface level.

Interview
Overall not too bad. I only had two rounds of interviewing: one HireVue screening and then an interview with the hiring managers. They took a while to get back to me after the HireVue but after the first actual interview, they contacted me within a week.
