I had first a quick telephone interview where they wanted to check my french (as it is a bilingual company) and background interviewed by 2 managers and they were actually happy to listen to me talking about myself and my background. The interview was in 4 parts; 1st about the job, then your background and why should you be suitable for the job, then behavioral questions, finally my questions towards the company.
