I interview with the London team. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. I have a phone screening, then a video interview with quite a few questions, such as: mention a time you failed, what would your former employer say made managing you difficult, how would your friends describe you/say about you, tell me about a time you changed someone's mind, what would be a reason you would refuse/leave a job, what are you looking for in a job.
There was a case study as well, which was a little bit confusing, because the instructions were presented in a 10 minute call, and felt like most of the information was irrelevant, hence why I wasn't sure what questions to ask. Needless to say, it didn't go too well, Felt a little bit like they were expecting the candidates to know how to do the job without training,
Overall a good learning experience, and they did offer a feedback call which I appreciated.
