Interview
The first round video interview was conducted by the recruiter based in HK. The experience was good. While it seems that there is a big gap between the career path, even the actual the position, SH office offers and the recruiter told me in the video interview. Hence, for me, it is kind of waste of time to participate in the on-site interview round.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.

I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.

They mostly asked questions about you and your educational background and why I had a gap year. They also asked me to tell them about what I knew about the company.
