I interviewed here a while ago... I had long supported GLAAD's work and mission. Went through three rounds of interviews, felt very positive about the experience and the organization, then heard nothing more. My HR contact wouldn't respond to follow-ups, which left a bad taste in my mouth about the process, and unfortunately, also about the organization.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLAAD (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone screening and in-person interview.
Despite a VERY positive experience in both the phone screening and in-person interviews with an assurance that I would hear something in any direction, the organization completely failed to follow through with any updates on my application, their job search or next steps. I never received next steps or a rejection, just silence — and it has been over 1 month since the in-person stage of interviews. This feels very unprofessional.
