Question 1
What was the most difficult task you faced while working as a tax executive?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GITI Tire (Singapore) in Oct 2024
Interview
Connected via a headhunter. The interviewers (who are the immediate supervisors for this role) were a little cold at the start but started to warm up quickly. A usual interview takes around an hour in my experience, but this particular one took 3 hours. Questions started generic and became more role specific towards the 2nd half. Understandable as the fit of the person is quite crucial when it comes to these sorts of roles.

They asked me, "Can you tell us about a time you helped promote something successfully?" I told them about a university event I helped organize, where I made posters, ran social media ads, and created a short video. We ended up getting double the number of attendees compared to the previous year. They really liked that example!
