1 telephonic, 2-3 F2F. If you have basic understanding of .net, mvc ,angular, db and agile, you can easily crack it. Now comes important things:
1. Associate Director asked me how many stories you do in sprint? She claims herself agile champion. I said it's story points not stories :-).
2. People will ask you design and arch related questions. Make sure you counter them with valid question, they themselves will get confused. :-). They just know one kind of answer which they only know.
3. In between interview, they will ask you to seat near reception outside meeting room. After long wait another person will come and again take you to same meeting room. What difference it make if you are waiting inside or outside meeting room.Top quality idiots. They have no respect for others time. You wait for at least 25 mins, in between interviews.
4. HR is most unprofessional. If you are already in high salary bracket, don't trust them. Just don't trust them. They know your salary from start. They will collect your documents. They will role out a low ball offer and then they will not respond. Also note, in email though they are writing it, this idiots will say it is a verbal offer. Very low standard.
Hiring process tells a lot about company. They are unprofessional. They have unnecessary job title hierarchy with no clear defined roles.
If you are looking for good role and not much concerned about salary, this is definitely not a company even to try. If you are looking for salary hike, it's a waste of time. If you still want to try, please go ahead but make sure you share your salary details and expectations in writing at start of process. Will tune in for your reviews :-)
