First interview with H&R quite basic questions, lacked the interest from the interviewee.
Technical interview with hiring manager quite intensive, good questions, solid opinion can be made about the department.
The strangest thing: after H&R called and said "you are perfect fit" here is the benefit package, I have asked for 15% increase and all communication stopped. In the call H&R informed that she will talk with the Management and let me know, but it never happened, even after I sent email once more asking about the position. Conclusions can be made that if you don't go with the flow you are not needed in this company.
