Technical skills screening over phone with a lead developer, approx. 45 minutes.
This led to scheduling a full day of interviews with various managers and potential colleauges.
Hiring director answered some business-level questions about company market position and recent growth trends prior to remainder of the day's interviews.
Day was divided into a number of sessions (1 or 1.5 hours with a lunch in the middle) consisting of a mixture of skills-based probing (how would you implement "x", or how would you design "y", or troubleshoot "z") and behavioral questions (tell me about a time you had a technical disagreement with a coworker, how was it resolved, etc.). Most were 1:1, a couple had 2 interviewers. Interviewers' positions ranged from dev manager to architect to senior engineers.
