Interview
~45 minutes, asked mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions in relation to past work experiences and how did it bode with teamwork. Big emphasis on teamwork and learning. The behavioral questions were very standard to the rest of the industry. Past experiences, what did you learn, hard experiences that you overcame, etc.
There was first an AI screening invitation and then a virtual interview that was about interest in the company and energy industry along with behavioral questions. The people who were the interviewers were overseas but were friendly. Overall not bad.

Fue por internet, estaba dificil. Te hacian preguntas muy técnicas y la preparacion era de 30 seg, había en unas que hacer dibujos y explicar funcionamientos tecnicos, la verdad hay que prepararse mucho para ese formato de entrevista
