The interviewers were knowledgeable . The questions that were asked were fair. You were given time to answer a question in full and you were not rushed. Long discussions about experience.

Interview
Was approached by a founder from the company; had a great initial conversation over the phone.
Follow up call was technical, then several in person interviews where I had a chance to meet more of the team and the rest of the senior leadership.
Overall process was pretty intensive but pleasant, and they seemed very selective - which I actually appreciated.
