It was online and well organized. I was in contact with the interviewer prior to the interview and she was very understanding with my time. The interview was short and they didn’t really ask a lot of questions.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
