If you turn up, you've got the job. No attempt to check if people are suitable for the job. They don't care if you're experienced or not, you'll pass the interview stage easily

certain items of information left out of interview process for example that happens if you decide its not for you and if you do leave it will cost you in the region of £600 to leave to pay for training and uniform etc
