You come in the office have a seat and wait to be called back to a room. Its a one on one process too. They have you answer very basic questions almost like a temp agency.

Face to face interview or over the phone. Relaxed interview , simple questions , lasted about 10 mins or so . Needed to bring id and proof of address . Heard the result of the interview the following day and wait for the security checks to be completed

Very settling
G4S have a great working environment and management, make you feel heard
Short time spent here at this company the job role wasn't for me in the end
