A recruiter reached out to me for this position. The recruiter was very friendly. After talking to the recruiter to confirm this was a position that interested me, I talked to the department manager. He was also very friendly and appeared to have a strong technical background. After a successful phone interview, the recruiter setup a face to face meeting at the office downtown. I met with the various team members, answered questions and took a written test. The sr. database warehouse admin and data architect asked some challenging questions that helped me to feel comfortable with the companies' strong technical capabilities.
