Classic process with interview and design tests, and final round of interview with leaderhip roles. Invited to the office and got free soda and fruits. Nice place to work at although a bit small for the amount of people

Interview
First meeting was a screening interview with the HR, followed by a test. (I got a list of requirements and created a few screens on Figma based on it.) Had 1 week to finish the test The test was discussed in a followup call/interview with 1 designer and 1 manager.

Good and smart portfolio review, accurate and straight to the point questions, it felt like the UX lead knew what to ask and the intervew was really good. We talked about past experience in a nice friendly manner
