I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fyndiq (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was contacted by one of the in-house recruiters. Went to their offices and met with her for a face-to-face interview, then there was another interview with the team lead and a senior team member. Both discussions were pleasant and the people were nice, but throughout the process there were a lot of red flags about the company culture and the working conditions. Coincidentally, at about the same time I received the CV of one of the team members, applying for a position in *my* team. Through that I learned that there were a lot of people that considered leaving Fyndiq at the time. I decided to terminate my interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fyndiq (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sep 2015
Interview
I conducted an onsite interview with their new CTO and talked a little bit about my background and skills. Then I was given an assignment to accomplish in 4-6 hours at home and send it back later. Later I got a call saying the assignment went well, but they didn't have resources for taking in interns right now and the HR said I was welcome to apply for jobs when I finished my study.
