Applicants are invited to apply by sending a resume to the regional program manager's office or by sending it to their email. Then, they may be called in for an interview. Depending on the result of the interview, the applicant may or may not be hired and required to fill out a formal application and hiring packet. I actually did not get interviewed but was hired on the spot.
