I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FutureBridge (Mumbai) in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview took off with an HR round followed by technical written test, again HR round, again technical skill test, and final interview with department head.
It took more than half a day, but it was worth as I got my offer and was asked to join from the very next day.
There wasn't work at the beginning but then the load can increase up to your capacity. You are expected to go out of the way and perform even for the jobs that are not in your profile.
