There are two rounds of interview.
First was very enlighten. Literally I had a very good sharing session with the GM of a particular department.
But the second one was a total disaster, such an annoying and unprofessional session. They called it Talent Management to replace human resources department. This talent interview was conducted by two interviewers. First of all, I get very offended by asking me very in details of family background. Imagine about it, she even drew an "organisation chart' of my family and asking every each of them (name, occupation, married to who, why get divorced, children, age etc). I came from a single parent family, and she even asked me "how was my dad passed away, what is your impression of your father etc..." those very sensitive questions. I was like telling my very personal and innermost things to a STRANGER. One question came to my mind, if my father is a drug dealer, so that I don't deserve a chance to be a better person?
After family background checked, the rest of the questions I found it quite reasonable, but the very downside is subjectivism. They won't give you a chance to explain if they think you are one kind of person or thoughts. I can say they are very judging. They even judged me how long I will get promoted if I employed under this company.
Lastly, they called me back after one or two days to deliver a good news. And I replied I would need a few days to think about this offer, and initially we were agreed with a specific time to give an answer. Right to the next day, I got a call from HOD, he forced me to give an answer right over the phone, and the way he spoke very unprofessional and rude. He did accused and making candidates feel like begging for a job in this company. In few seconds, I realised I couldn't get involved in this, and rejected the offer immediately.
