Submitted resume and received email a few days later stating they would like me to fill out an employment survey. Survey tested personality and work traits. Received another follow up email looking to schedule a 1 on 1 phone interview with CEO/Owner. Did said interview and received an email a week later stated I did not get the job.

Phone interview. Usual interview questions with challenging follow up questions that pushed you to think outside the box. I had a little difficulty but the interviewers were nice and patient and also got back to me earlier than I expected.

Interview
The Interview process was very laid back. When I arrived they had me draw what I believed their core values looked like. Then I was interviewed and they kept telling me to just relax. They later told me they were never hiring based on ability, they were hiring based on personality.
