Funeral Partners interview questions

Over the phone and then a video chat on Team. The whole process was very easy going and went very smooth. There's the much to say. I found the job on the internet, applied and then did the process I wrote above.

Someone facetimed me telling me i got the job then i had a second interview. I went for an interview today at the William painters branch bearing in mind i travelled 45 mins to get there. The role i applied for was a funeral operative at the wolverhampton branch. When I got there he was offering me an embalming role which I wasn't qualified to yet and proceeded to patronise me for the job role saying they could train me there. I told him about the distance and i felt like i wasnt confident to drive all that way by myself. Im only 19 and I am working at mcdonalds and he basically goes which one would you rather do, belittling me and basically made out the interview was a waste of time! In the he told me he could not see me as a funeral operative. After the interview i felt so crap and belittled.
