I had a phone interview and then was called for an in-person interview, but I had to constantly follow up with the guy in HR who had a voicemail not set up and didn't return calls in a timely manner. The interview both times went well and after the in-person interview, the guy from HR said he was excited for the feedback as he got a thumbs up from one of the VPs. I sent a thank you email and never heard back, not even a rejection.
