Very comfortable interview process. Management staff very down to earth and all are experienced therapists who care about what is in the best interest of patients and employees. Benefits and work environment thoroughly explained during interview process. Was treated as though I had worked there forever.

Friendly, direct interview process with higher management. The interviewers were flexible with my schedule as FP was working to acquire the contract at the SNF I was currently employed at. They were honest and open about expectations and capabilities. They were open to answering any and all questions that they were able to in person, and were fast to answer questions via email during the interview/new employment process.

Functional Pathways underbid Grace Ancillary Care at Grace Health Care in Clarksville, TN where I had worked for 3.5 years with very good job reviews. I asked for additional pay due to my experience and the fact that I was supervising a CFY therapist, and received that amount.

My clinical judgement was frequently questioned as to decisions on treatment. My immediate supervisor was an PTA who insisted that she screen all the B residents to see if they qualified for Speech Therapy. The other SLP was given the residents to treat after i has evaluated them.
