Interview
interview process takes a long time. You have to do them in many steps with weeks between before you know the results. But everyone was really nice and I didn’t feel too pressured. You have to a phone interview then if they want to meet you you will come and meet with the principal.
First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Interview
Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.

Interview
In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
