The hiring manager asks a series of questions pertaining to your life, education, and short & long term goals, to basically get to know you. From there, the hiring manager asks hypothetical questions like "What would you do if?"or "How would you handle?" to determine your reasoning and customer service skills. The interview is pretty light hearted and is formed as more of a conversation than an interview, which make it very comfortable.
